ABOUT

 I have worked for more than 20 years with top spirits producers around the world solving technical challenges in fermentation, distillation and maturation. The list  of companies and brands that I have worked with include: Flor de Caña, Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos, Zacapa, Pampero, Don Julio, Captain Morgan, and Ypioca.

During my time as Distillation Specialist for Latin America, at DIAGEO Panama, I had the privilege to meet and work with renowned master blenders like Caroline Martin, Lorena Vasquez, France Noel, Luis Figueroa and Trevor Hall.

 

Since 2018, I have been advising dozens of craft distilleries in the US and helping them improve their production process to make outstanding spirits.
